You will utilize our iHelp+™ mPERS product. The iHelp+™ offers the latest in wireless coverage with nationwide service. It is compact and lightweight at under 1.5oz., and loud, clear audio, and voice prompts that enable the user to know the status of their pendant at all times. It has a fall detection system that may be turned on or off by the dealer only.

It also has a GPS location finder and geo-fencing (can also be turned on and off by the dealer only), which enables family, friends, and/or loved ones to be notified if the user steps outside of their pre-programmed ‘safe zone’. The unit has a fully supervised battery that will notify the operator, and announce to the user when the battery is low. Accessory kits even include a Smart charger/Docking station with speaker and microphone. The Smart charger/Docking station enables the user to leave the pendant ‘docked’ and use a small, remote button that they can wear around the wrist or on a lanyard around the neck.

Plus, everything is included in the price – The exclusive iHelp+™ unit and all accessories (battery charger, battery, power cable, car charging adapter, breakaway neck lanyard, wrist strap, and holster.) The iHelp Cloud is our full-service, proprietary, web-based, account management portal. It provides all the necessary tools to help dealers manage their iHelp+™ user accounts. It is designed to be a simple instrument for dealers to maintain direct control of their customers’ devices, cellular network, and monitoring functions.

Manage Individual Devices: Activate a unit, deactivate a unit, reconfigure a unit, and turn on/off various functions including Geo-Fencing and Fall Detection.

Activation/Deactivation Bulk Function: Activate and/or deactivate units one-by-one or in bulk.

Manage Customer Base: Reassign devices to new customers, replace devices, and update customer and contact information.

Check Device Status Functions: Check the battery status and signal strength of individual devices at any time.

Check Airtime Usage: Check airtime usage minutes for the day, week, month, or year.

Order Fulfillment: Place orders for more units and/or accessories. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Access to Marketing Materials: Access to a variety of templates, free copy, and artwork for promotional purposes. Marketing personnel are available to assist with custom designs if necessary.
