Harrysen Mittler has over thirty years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business administration and commerce. He served in the audit division of Deloitte Haskins and Sells, the predecessor to Deloitte & Touche LLP. He served as Chairman and CEO of Pacific Software Inc. a designer and developer of enterprise solutions for emerging technologies. He served also as Director and CFO of Nortia Capital Partners Inc., a merchant banking company and Chairman and CEO for Grand Prix Sports Inc. an international motor sports racing team.


President, Director

Peter Pizzino has an extensive career in the securities and investment industry with financial experience spanning over 25 years. He served in several NYSE boutique securities firms on Wall Street which participated in several hundred million U.S. dollars in client offerings.  Since 2009, Mr. Pizzino has been guiding emerging companies based in China on their business development and financing needs. Mr. Pizzino studied finance and accounting.


Chief Operations Officer

Jennifer Loria has a strong background in creating and implementing business plans, establishing and streamlining internal operations, and developing growth strategies for startup companies. Ms. Loria joined the company in 2008 as the VP of Marketing for Medical Alarm Concepts, responsible for brand development and execution of go-to-market strategies for the medical device company. She has over 20 years of experience developing and executing strategic business plans and programs for both consumer product and service deliverable organizations. Prior to joining Medical Alarm Concepts, Ms. Loria worked at Buck, a global HR benefits and human resource consulting firm controlled by H.I.G. Capital. Ms. Loria holds a master’s degree in journalism and a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Gail Rosenthal

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Rosenthal has over twenty years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, accounting and auditing. She served as senior audit manager for a boutique auditing firm until 2010, when she branched out has been doing private consulting work since. Her experience spans manufacturing, distribution and retail, film production, banking and finance, software development and consulting. Her background also includes extensive experience in computers and IT, and she is an expert in communications and leadership. She is a graduate of UCSD/Warren College in La Jolla, CA.


Brazil Business Advisor

Mr. Antonio Luiz Campanari, business administrator,  has been the Institutional Projects Director for the Amazonic Television Network and helped the Company target its audience and acted as a conflict mediator for the company’s problems and goals. Before starting as a Regional Director at the Amazon Radio and Television Network, he worked five years as an Import/Export executive for Varga Brakes in Sao Paulo. As governor´s secretary and advisor, he assumed relevant roles in the State and contributed to designing the current tax system profile of Rondônia, today a national model to facilitate tax collection. Mr. Campanari has been until recently the Director for Institutional Projects at the Television Network “Rede Amazônica”, Globo´s Affiliate, where he worked since November 2001.
